  • Divorce Mediation

Divorce is a private family matter that is... For us, MEDIATION is the best way to go:

    • We want to avoid the high monetary and emotional costs of a difficult divorce.
    • We want to control our own settlement decisions
    • We seek closure, but do not know how to achieve it.

The decision to divorce is very difficult, particularly when there are children involved. The phenomenon of “Grey Divorce” poses a similar dilemma. “Grey Divorce” refers to couples who have been married for several years. Their children are grown, but the couple cannot foresee themselves living with the same spouse for another 20 years.

A marriage may end, but the family does not. Our mission is to preserve relationships. We believe that family matters are best determined in private by the family and not by a court system specifically designed to handle criminal issues.

We assist couples with full mediation. As Certified Divorce Financial Analysts™ and experienced Divorce Financial Planners, our services include:

    • Child Support Guideline Calculations
    • Guidance with additional child-related issues
    • A comprehensive financial analysis that includes items you may have forgotten
    • Post-tax projections to prevent later mistakes
    • Pension Valuation and QDRO Assistance (the division of retirement assets)
    • Creative settlement solutions

Our greatest sense of fulfillment comes when a client exclaims, “Oh, we didn’t know we could do that!”
